The founders of Avallen Spirits, the owner of Avallen Calvados, Stephanie Jordan-Balmforth and Tim Etherington-Judge, have announced a new consultancy company.

Calvados brand Avallen has become a certified B Corporation, a for-profit business that has been verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
